RAMALLAH, October 30, 2025 (WAFA) – A report issued by the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS) showed a decrease in the Producer Price Index (PPI) during September.
The overall Producer Price Index (PPI) for Palestine with its base year (2019 = 100) reached 226.70 in September 2025, as it decreased by 2.56% compared to August 2025.
Producer Price Index for locally consumed products (2019 = 100) reached 237.32 in September 2025, which indicates a decrease of 2.70% compared to August 2025.
Producer Price Index for local exported products (2019 = 100) remind stable at 127.60 during September 2025.
The changes of PPI for September 2025 were traced back to changes in prices of the following major activities compared to the previous month:
