JENIN, October 28, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli authorities forced on Tuesday evening Palestinian families to evacuate their homes in the vicinity of Jenin refugee camp.

According to local sources, Israeli troops notified residents living on Medina Street and Al-Ghanem neighborhood to evacuate their homes. They added that the notices affected 15 homes in the area, under the pretext that the area had been transformed into a closed military zone.

During this period, the occupation forces have completely demolished more than 600 homes, representing 33% of the camp's homes. Meanwhile, 22,000 camp residents have been displaced to Jenin's towns and villages and some of the city's neighborhoods.
