GAZA, October 28, 2025 (WAFA) – Medical sources announced on Tuesday that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 68,531, the majority of whom are children and women, since the start of the Israeli aggression on October 7, 2023.
The medical sources added that the death toll has risen to 170,402 since the start of the aggression, while a number of victims remain under the rubble, unable to be reached by ambulance and rescue crews.
They indicated that four slain people (including one who was recently killed, two whose bodies were recovered, and one who succumbed to their wounds) and seven wounded were taken to hospitals in the Gaza Strip.
The death toll and the number of wounded since the ceasefire agreement on October 11 have reached 94, while 344 people were wounded, and 474 bodies have been recovered.
The sources explained that 75 bodies have been identified so far out of the 195 bodies released and received from Israel.
