GAZA, October 25, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli navy detained  three Palestinian fishermen on Saturday off the coast of Gaza City.

According to local sources, Israeli navy boats arrested three fishermen after destroying their fishing equipment off the coast of Gaza City.

The Israeli navy deliberately targets fishermen off the coast of Gaza on a daily basis, shooting at them, arresting them, and seizing their boats. However, after October 7, 2023, it prevented fishermen from fishing, executed many of them, and destroyed all their boats, forcing them to fish under extremely dangerous conditions to meet their families' needs.
