NABLUS, October 24, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists on Friday vandalized the contents of a mosque in Khirbet Tana, a hamlet located near the town of Beit Furik, east of Nablus.

Thaer Hanani, an official of the Committee for the Defense of Tana Lands, said the colonists stormed the Bayt Al-Sheikh Mosque and wrecked havoc throughout the property, including what remained of solar power units, and damaged the carpets inside.

He added that the colonists also destroyed what remains of Al-Sumoud 3 School, which had already been largely demolished after around 40 families were forced to leave the area earlier this year.

Hanani warned that repeated raids by Israeli forces, along with the protection given to colonists and ongoing threats against worshippers, are evidence of an effort to forcibly empty the area of its Palestinian population in preparation for taking full control of the land.
