RAMALLAH, October 22, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces arrested at least 45 citizens from the West Bank, including Jerusalem, from yesterday evening until Wednesday morning.
The Palestinian Prisoner's Society (PPS) stated in a statement issued today that among the detainees were a child and former prisoners. The detention and field investigations took place mainly in Hebron governorate, where approximately 30 people were detained, while the rest were from among the governorates of Nablus, Ramallah, Qalqilya, and Tulkarm.
In addition, the detentions were accompanied by widespread raids, abuse, and assaults against detainees and their families, in addition to widespread vandalism and destruction of citizens' homes.
The PPS pointed out that the occupation forces have adopted a series of policies in the various areas they raid, the most prominent of which is the systematic field investigations that have targeted dozens of families in all governorates.
