RAMALLAH, October 17, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli forces this morning opened fire at a vehicle near the town of Atara, north of Ramallah, injuring and detaining two Palestinians, according to local sources.
Sources told WAFA that Israeli forces opened fire at a vehicle while it was passing near Atara Bridge, injuring two young men before detaining them. Their medical condition remains unknown.
Israeli forces also closed the entrances to Atara, preventing vehicles from passing through and forcing residents to take long alternative routes.
