JERUSALEM, October 14, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli authorities delivered a six-month ban on Palestinian university student, preventing her from entering the West Bank.
Local sources said that the occupation intelligence summoned Bana al-Ghoul, 22, to interrogation room number 4 at the al-Maskobiyya detention center, west of occupied Jerusalem, where she was handed a decision prohibiting her entry to the West Bank until April 12, 2026.
Under the decision, al-Ghoul will be prevented from completing her university studies at Birzeit University, where she was scheduled to graduate from the Faculty of Media at the end of the current academic year.
In its decision, the occupation intelligence claimed that al-Ghoul posed a "danger" by her presence in the West Bank, claiming that she was involved in student activities at the university.
