RAMALLAH, October 11, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli forces continue, for the second consecutive day, the closure of the main the entrance to the village of Sinjil, northeast of Ramallah, according to local sources.

They said that Israeli troops have been closing the main entrance to the village since Friday, obstructing the movement of Palestinians in and out of the village.

Since October 7, 2023, the number of permanent and temporary checkpoints (gates, military checkpoints, or earth mounds) dividing the Palestinian territories and imposing restrictions on the movement of people and goods has reached a total of 916 military checkpoints.

Meanwhile, more than 243 iron gates were installed after October 7, 2023, according to the latest report issued by the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission.
