Israeli forces carry out digging works in home of slain Palestinian in Qatanna ahead of its explosive demolition

JERUSALEM, October 10, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces began after midnight bulldozing the walls of the home of slain Palestinian Mohammad Taha in the town of Qatanna, northwest of occupied Jerusalem, in preparation for blowing it up.

Israeli forces surrounded the house, sealed off the area, and cordoned off the town in preparation for carrying out the demolition.

According to WAFA correspondent, a large Israeli military force stormed the town around midnight and prevented residents and journalists from approaching, as soldiers placed explosives inside the house in preparation for its demolition under a military order issued by the occupation authorities.

Eyewitnesses said that Israeli occupation soldiers fired tear gas and rubber-coated metal bullets during the raid, causing several residents to suffer from suffocation.
