HEBRON, October 9, 2025 (WAFA) – Three Palestinian children, aged 14, 16 and 16, were injured by live Israeli gunfire on Thursday during a military raid in the center of Hebron, south of the occupied West Bank, as occupation forces secured the entry of colonists into an archaeological site in the area.
According to WAFA correspondent, large numbers of Israeli occupation forces stormed the Bab al-Zawiya neighborhood in the heart of Hebron and the adjacent Beer al-Sabe’ Street to provide protection for groups of Israeli colonists entering a nearby historical site.
The forces completely sealed off the area, blocking the movement of residents and vehicles. Shop owners were forced to close their businesses, and citizens were dispersed by force using live ammunition and tear gas.
Three children were shot in the legs and transferred to Hebron Governmental Hospital. Medical sources described their injuries as moderate.
