GAZA, October 4, 2025 (WAFA) – At least 29 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli gunfire and bombardment in different areas of the Gaza Strip since dawn Saturday, according to hospital sources.

Medical officials reported that 11 bodies were received at Al-Shifa Medical Complex, 11 at the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital, one at Al-Awda Hospital, five at Nasser Medical Complex, and one at Al-Aqsa Hospital.

The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 67,074 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 169,430 others injured.

Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
