DEIR AL-BALAH, October 2, 2025 (WAFA) — Four Palestinians were killed and several others injured on Thursday evening after Israeli fighter jets targeted a tent sheltering displaced people in central Gaza.
According to WAFA correspondent, Israeli warplanes struck a tent on Al-Baraka Street, south of Deir al-Balah, resulting in the killing of four civilians and injuries to others.
The Israeli military also fired flares over the northern areas of the Nuseirat refugee camp, nearby, while airstrikes continued in Khan Younis to the south.
Meantime, medical sources confirmed that 65 Palestinians have been killed and many others injured across Gaza since early Thursday, due to Israeli gunfire and airstrikes on multiple areas in the enclave, including eight qid seekers.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 62,622 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 168,938 others injured.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
