RAMALLAH, October 2, 2025 (WAFA) — The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed on Thursday evening that 37-year-old Mohammad Ali Shtayyeh was shot and killed by Israeli forces near the village of Beit Ur al-Fawqa, west of Ramallah.
The ministry stated that it had been informed by the General Authority for Civil Affairs that the young man was shot dead and that Israeli forces seized his body in the aftermath.
Local sources said Israeli forces fired on a vehicle near Beit Ur al-Fawqa, and heavy gunfire was heard around the military checkpoint at the entrance to the village.
