RAMALLAH, September 29, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli forces detained on Monday evening around 20 young men at the Atara military checkpoint, located to the north of Ramallah city.
Israeli troops also detained local resident Musab Muhannad Shoman from the town of Abu Falah at the Ein Siniya checkpoint.
Local sources told WAFA that soldiers stopped multiple vehicles at the checkpoints, holding the passengers for extensive inspections and ID checks.
Since the evening hours, the vicinity around military checkpoints in Ramallah and al-Bireh governorates has witnessed heightened Israeli measures and arbitrary restrictions against Palestinians, accompanied by searches and detentions that disrupted the Palestinian's daily movement.
