GAZA, September 27, 2025 (WAFA) – Medical sources in Gaza Strip hospitals reported that 51 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli gunfire and ongoing bombardment since dawn on Saturday, including 27 in Gaza City alone.

In Khan Yunis, civil defense and emergency crews recovered three bodies after an Israeli airstrike targeted a vehicle near the Asdaa intersection north of the city.

Simultaneously, 16 people were injured when Israeli fighter jets targeted a group of citizens on School Street in the Al-Amal neighborhood, northwest of Khan Yunis.

Medical sources further warned that 20 hospitals have been forced out of service in Gaza and northern governorates. The remaining hospitals at risk of collapse in Gaza City and the north include: Al-Shifa Medical Complex, Friends of the Patient Hospital, General Service Hospital, Al-Sahaba Complex Hospital, Al-Ahli Arab Hospital, Al-Wafa Rehabilitation Hospital, Al-Helou Hospital, and the Red Crescent Field Hospital - Al-Saraya.
