HEBRON, September 26, 2025 (WAFA) – Armed colonists this evening attacked Palestinian citizens’ homes and stole two donkeys in the village of Khirbet al-Halawa in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, according to a local activist.
Anti-settlement activist Osama Makhmara told WAFA that colonists from the Mitzpe Yair colony, illegally established on Palestinian citizens’ lands in Masafer Yatta, attacked homes, pelted them with stones, assaulted members of the Abu Aram family, and stole two donkeys from the village.
Colonists’ violence against Palestinians and their properties has dramatically increased since the onset of Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people on October 7th, 2023.
The indiscriminate violence by Israeli colonists against Palestinian civilians and their properties has been widely condemned.
Several countries have imposed sanctions against Israeli colonists accused of committing acts of violence against the Palestinian people in the West Bank.
