GAZA, September 26, 2025 (WAFA) – Seven Palestinians were killed and dozens more injured on Friday after Israeli forces bombed a tent sheltering displaced people in central Gaza.
WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli drones struck the tent in the Nuseirat refugee camp, leaving at least seven killed and many of the wounded in critical condition. The injured were transferred to Al-Awda Hospital for treatment.
Hospital sources across the Gaza Strip confirmed that since early Friday, 48 Palestinians have been killed in various Israeli attacks. Of these, 25 were taken to Al-Shifa Hospital, seven to Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital, one to the Red Crescent Field Hospital, 12 to Al-Awda Hospital, and three to Nasser Hospital.
Among the casualties were 12 civilians who had been waiting for humanitarian aid, and one child who died due to starvation, malnutrition, and lack of medical care.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 65,502 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 167,367 others injured.
