Israeli colonists destroy stone walls in Farkha village, south of Salfit

SALFIT, September 25, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists demolished more than 200 meters of stone walls in the village of Farkha village, in the occupied West Bank province of Salfit, on Thursday, in the latest attack on Palestinian-owned lands.

Mustafa Hammad, head of Farkha Village Council, said this was the third such assault, which also included uprooting olive trees. He stressed that residents will continue rebuilding what is destroyed, remain steadfast, and organize volunteer activities to support farmers and protect their lands.

Incidents of colonist violence in the West Bank have been frequent, including the destruction of property, uprooting of crops, and attacks on Palestinian farmers.

Human rights organizations have reported that these acts are often carried out with impunity from Israeli authorities, contributing to a climate of intimidation and displacement in affected communities.
