Weather: Hot conditions, no change in temperature

Ramallah, September 23, 2025 (WAFA) – The Meteorological Department (PMD) forecasts that the weather on Tuesday will be relatively hot to hot, with no significant change in temperatures, remaining 4-5 degrees Celsius above their annual average. Winds will be northwesterly, light to moderate. Sea waves will be light to moderate.

In the evening and night hours, the weather will be partly cloudy to clear and moderate in most areas. Winds will be northwesterly, light to moderate.  Sea waves will be light to moderate.

Tomorrow, the country will be affected by a moderate air mass, making the weather partly to cloudy, and temperatures will drop significantly, becoming slightly below their annual average. In the evening and night hours, scattered rain is likely in some areas. Winds will be northwesterly, light to moderate, and sometimes active.  Sea waves will be light to moderate.

On Thursday, the country will continue to be affected by a moderate air mass. The weather will be partly to mostly cloudy, with temperatures dropping further, reaching 3-4 degrees Celsius below their annual average. Scattered rain is likely in some areas. Winds will be brisk westerly to northwesterly.  Sea waves will be high.

Friday's weather will be partly to mostly cloudy, with temperatures rising, remaining 2 degrees Celsius below their annual average. Winds will be moderate westerly to northwesterly, sometimes active, and the sea will be light to medium waves.

PMD warned citizens, especially on Tuesday, of the danger of direct exposure to the sun for extended periods, especially during peak hours between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.

It also warned of the danger of starting fires in areas with abundant dry grass and urged citizens to follow instructions issued by the Palestinian Civil Defense.
