GAZA, September 11, 2025 (WAFA) – Four Palestinians were killed and several others injured on Thursday after Israeli warplanes struck a group of civilians in the Al-Katiba neighborhood in northern Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip.
Dozens more were wounded when an Israeli airstrike targeted the home of the Abu Khair family near a medical clinic in Al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City. The Al-Sabra neighborhood in the southern part of the city also came under a series of aerial attacks.
WAFA correspondent said Israeli warplanes destroyed eight homes in Al-Shati camp earlier in the day, belonging to the families of Jadallah, Sammour, Basal, Abu Ajwa, Matariya, Hammouda, Taha, and Abu al-Khair.
Medical sources in Gaza hospitals confirmed that the death toll over the past hours has reached 36, as the Israeli military continues its onslaught on the enclave, resulting in numerous casualties and widespread destruction.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 64,718 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 163,850 others injured.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
