JERICHO, September 8, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Monday installed two iron gates at the eastern and northern entrances to the Jericho governorate, according to security sources.
Sources told WAFA that the gates were set up in both directions, alongside pre-existing concrete blocks. One was installed at the eastern entrance leading to the Route 90 junction, and the other at the northern entrance near the Palestinian Military Training Commission, close to the town of Al-Auja.
This comes as part of the ongoing Israeli policy of restricting the movement and freedom of Palestinians throughout the occupied West Bank
