They said that the total death toll in the Gaza Strip has climbed to 61,827, mostly women and children, and the casualties to 155,275 since the onset of the genocidal aggression on the Strip on October 7, 2023.
Since Israel unilaterally ended the Gaza ceasefire agreement and resumed its aggression on the Strip on Tuesday, March 18, it has killed 10,300 and injured 43,234.

Also, in the last 24 hours, a female child died due to starvation, bringing the total number of people who died due to starvation and malnutrition to 240, including 107 children.
Among the 54 Palestinians slain in the last 24 hours and admitted to Gaza hospitals, there were 17 fatalities and 250 casualties from aid seekers, raising the total number of slain and injured aid seekers admitted to hospitals to 1,898 and over 14,113, respectively.
Moreover, at least 10,000 people are unaccounted for, presumed dead under the rubble of their homes throughout the Strip.
The Israeli aggression has also resulted in the forceful displacement of nearly two million people from all over the Gaza Strip, with the vast majority of the displaced forced into the densely crowded southern city of Rafah near the border with Egypt – in what has become Palestine’s largest mass exodus since the 1948 Nakba.
