RAMALLAH, August 13, 2025 (WAFA) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates strongly denounced the killing of 35-year-old Thameen Dawabsheh from the village of Duma, south of Nablus, who was shot dead by Israeli colonists.
The Ministry described the incident as a premeditation and deliberation execution and a fully-fledged crime. .
It voiced deep concern over the escalating violence by colonists, including the use of live ammunition with the intent to kill Palestinians. With Dawabsheh’s death, the number of Palestinians killed by colonists since the start of the year surged to ten.
The Ministry affirmed it is following up on the crimes of genocide, forced displacement, annexation, and colonist terrorism with countries, United Nations, and relevant councils,
It called for the impositions of deterrent international sanctions against the occupying state to compel it to halt its attacks and the crimes of its colonists, dismantle their armed militias, and lift protection from them.
