RAMALLAH, August 7, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli authorities are set to conduct an autopsy on the body of Ahmad Tazaz’a, a 20-year-old Palestinian prisoner from Jenin, who died in Israeli custody earlier this month.
The procedure is scheduled for Thursday at 12:00 p.m. at the Abu Kabir Forensic Institute, in the presence of a medical representative appointed by the family.
According to Jamil Saadeh, Director of the Legal Unit at the Commission for Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs, Tazaz’a died on August 3, 2025, and according to his family's confirmation, their son did not suffer from prior health problems before his arrest.
