Several injuries reported during colonists' raid near Nablus

Nablus, August 5, 2025 (WAFA) – One person suffered burns, another from falling from a high place, and several others suffered from suffocation from tear gas and other toxic gas inhalation, early Tuesday morning, after Israeli occupation forces and colonists stormed Joseph's Tomb east of Nablus.

Amid Ahmed, director of the Red Crescent's Emergency and Ambulance Center in Nablus, said that ambulance crews responded to one person suffering from burns, another from falling from a high place, and several cases of suffocation from tear gas inhalation, including a 60-year-old citizen.

They were transferred to the hospital for treatment.

Local sources reported that several Israeli military vehicles stormed the eastern part of the city through the Huwwara, Awarta, and Beit Furik checkpoints, firing tear gas and sound bombs to secure the colonists' entry into Joseph's Tomb, where they performed Talmudic rituals.
