RAMALLAH, July 22, 2025 (WAFA) – The Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD) said that the weather on Monday will be very hot and dry in most areas, humid in coastal areas, with a slight drop in temperatures, remaining 4-5 degrees Celsius above their annual average. Winds will be westerly to northwesterly, moderate to brisk. Sea waves will be low to medium.
In the evening and night hours: The weather will be generally clear and pleasant in mountainous areas. Winds will be westerly to northwesterly, moderate to brisk, with occasional strong gusts. Sea waves will be medium to high.
On Tuesday, the weather will be hot to very hot, with a slight drop in temperatures, remaining approximately 3°C above average. Winds will be light to moderate westerly to northwesterly, becoming active at times. Sea waves will be low to medium.
Wednesday's weather will be hot to very hot, with no change in temperatures, remaining approximately 3°C above average. Winds will be light to moderate southwesterly to northwesterly, becoming active at times. Sea waves will be low to medium.
Weather on Thursday will be summery, with temperatures dropping to around their annual average. Winds will be moderate southwesterly to northwesterly, becoming active at times. Sea waves will be low to medium.
The PMD warns citizens of the danger of prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, especially during peak hours from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the risk of starting fires in areas with abundant dry grass.
