HEBRON, July 16, 2025 (WAFA) – Colonists began expanding and carrying out construction work in a colonial outpost south of Hebron on Wednesday.
Activist Osama Makhamreh told WAFA that a group of colonists began expanding and carrying out construction work in an old Jordanian army camp in the Khashm al-Daraj area in the Badia region, east of Yatta.
The camp had been seized more than two years ago and transformed into a colonial outpost.
Additionally, a group of armed colonists conducted a provocative tour around the homes of citizens in Khirbet Sadat al-Tha'la in Masafer Yatta. They erected Israeli flags in the center of the outpost and threatened residents with imminent displacement from their homes and properties.
