The agency issued the warning after an UNRWA school-turned-shelter in Gaza was struck by Israeli forces early Monday morning, June 30. The building was housing displaced people at the time of the strike.
“An UNRWA school-turned-shelter in Gaza was struck early on Monday, 30 June, by the Israeli Forces. Displaced people were sheltering in the building,” the agency said in a post on X. “The strike caused significant damage. No injuries were reported.”
