GAZA, July 1, 2025 (WAFA) – Eighteen citizens were killed and others wounded on Tuesday in Israeli shelling of Khan Yunis city, south of the Gaza Strip, Jabalia al-Balad, north of the Strip, and al-Maghazi refugee camp, central of the Gaza Strip.
WAFA correspondent reported that 10 citizens were killed and others were wounded when the Israeli occupation forces bombed a house belonging to the al-Zanati and al-Hallaq families in Khan Yunis refugee camp, south of the Gaza Strip.
Hour Wissam Adwan, a child, was also killed and others were wounded when Israeli aircraft bombed tents for displaced persons near the Shahd Cafeteria, west of Khan Yunis.
In Jabalia al-Balad, north of the Gaza Strip, five citizens were killed and others were wounded when an Israeli quadcopter drone bombed a group of citizens on al-Jarjir Street.
Two citizens were also killed and others were wounded when an Israeli drone bombed an UNRWA school housing displaced persons in al-Maghazi refugee camp, central of the Gaza Strip.
Meanwhile, an Israeli special forces force arrested a number of citizens near the aid center on al-Tina Street, northwest of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.
Local sources reported that the special forces infiltrated the area and carried out the arrests suddenly, amid an atmosphere of tension and fear among residents.
Medical sources announced that 31 citizens have been killed since dawn today, including 13 while waiting for humanitarian aid.
The sources confirmed that the Israeli occupation's intense bombardment has targeted various areas across the Gaza Strip, exacerbating the catastrophic humanitarian situation facing citizens amid severe shortages of food, medicine, and fuel.
