RAMALLAH, June 23, 2025 (WAFA) – Four Palestinian citizens were killed and others injured on Monday afternoon when Israeli warplanes struck the tents of displaced families near Al-Hidaya Mosque in the Al-Qarara area, northwest of Khan Yunis.
Earlier in the day, Israeli forces had also targeted civilians waiting for humanitarian aid in different areas across the Gaza Strip, particularly in Rafah, leading to the killing of more than 15 people and injuring dozens more.
The total number of aid-seekers, who have been killed in Israeli airstrikes and shootings, since the establishment of aid distribution points late last month has risen to 450, with nearly 3,466 reported wounded, according to medical sources.
Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation forces have launched an offensive on the Gaza Strip, resulting in the killing of 55,998 Palestinian citizens, the majority of whom were children and women. Over 131,559 people have been wounded.
