GAZA, June 23, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli forces killed at least 21 Palestinians and wounded dozens more on Monday, in a series of airstrikes and shootings targeting various locations across the Gaza Strip, including areas where civilians were awaiting humanitarian aid.

Four civilians were killed and others injured after Israeli warplanes struck a house in Jabalia al-Balad, in northern Gaza.

Near an aid distribution center northwest of Rafah, 10 Palestinians were shot and killed by Israeli forces.

Additionally, three brothers were killed in an airstrike as they attempted to inspect their destroyed home in the al-Salatin area of Beit Lahia, also in the north.

Two more fatalities and at least 35 injuries were reported by Al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat, following attacks on aid seekers along Salah al-Din Street in central Gaza. Among the wounded, 16 cases were described as critical.

Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis reported at least one person killed and others injured near an aid line in southern Gaza.

Israeli artillery shelled Shuja’iyya neighborhood in eastern Gaza City and the al-Satar al-Gharbi area in northern Khan Younis.

Medical sources confirmed that the total number of Palestinians killed while awaiting aid since the activation of humanitarian distribution points late last month has reached at least 450, with more than 3,466 wounded.

Since the beginning of the war on October 7, 2023, Israel's military aggression  on Gaza has resulted in the killing  of 55,959 Palestinians, and has left 131,242 injured.
