RAMALLAH, June 19, 2025 (WAFA) – At least 22 Palestinians were killed and dozens more wounded on Thursday as Israeli airstrikes targeted displaced persons and civilians waiting for aid in the Gaza Strip, according to medical sources.
In al-Shati (Beach) refugee camp, west of Gaza City, Israeli forces bombed a tent sheltering displaced families, killing 12 people, including three children, and injuring dozens.
Meanwhile, in Khan Younis, six more Palestinians were killed when Israeli aircraft struck civilians waiting for humanitarian aid on al-Tina Street, southwest of the city.
Additionally, four more people were killed, and others were wounded when Israeli forces bombed tents sheltering displaced families near Al-Quds Hospital, which is run by the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, in the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood of southwestern Gaza City.

Israeli forces also carried out a drone strike on al-Nasr Street in Gaza City and artillery shelling in Jabalia town, in the northern Gaza Strip.
