HEBRON, June 11, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation bulldozers demolished 12 tents and homes in Khallet al-Dabaa, affiliated with the At-Tuwana Village Council in the Masafer Yatta area, south of Hebron, in the southern West Bank, on Wednesday.
The head of the At-Tuwana Village Council, Muhammad Rab'i, told WAFA that Israeli occupation forces stormed Khallet al-Dabaa in Masafer Yatta with heavy machinery and demolished 10 tents, two homes, and four health units owned by the Dababseh family, which housed approximately 60 people, most of them women and children.
The Israeli occupation forces also destroyed the main and secondary electricity and water networks, and uprooted trees and crops surrounding the homes and tents.
Anti-settlement activist Osama Makhamreh told WAFA that the tents demolished today belonged to the owners of the lands whose homes were demolished last month, and they had erected them on the rubble.
The owners of the tents, homes, and lands appealed to all national, human rights, and international institutions to intervene immediately and urgently to put an end to these barbaric practices, which aim to force them to leave their homes and lands so they can be stolen for the benefit of the colonists.
