NABLUS, June 10, 2025 (WAFA) – At dawn on Tuesday, approximately 15 Palestinians suffered from suffocation during the Israeli occupation forces' raid on the Old City of Nablus.
The director of the Red Crescent's Emergency and Ambulance Center in Nablus, Amid Ahmed, said that ambulance crews treated more than 15 cases of suffocation, including children, due to inhaling tear gas during the Israeli occupation forces' raid on the Old City of Nablus.
WAFA correspondent reported that the Israeli occupation forces raided several neighborhoods within the Old City of Nablus, in addition to the Khan Market, and raided several homes and shops, searching them, and ransacking their contents.
Snipers were widely deployed on the rooftops of buildings.
He confirmed that the Israeli occupation forces targeted a number of homes with live ammunition and tear gas canisters, while a number of young men were detained.
Furthermore, the Nablus Education Directorate announced the suspension of school operations in the city and the postponement of the unified exams in all schools in the directorate until next Monday.
