JERUSALEM, June 9, 2025 (WAFA) – A young Palestinian man was injured early Monday morning after being shot by Israeli occupation forces in the town of al-Ram, located north of Jerusalem.

According to a brief statement issued by the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, medical teams treated a 28-year-old man who had sustained a gunshot wound to the thigh. The injury was caused by live ammunition fired by Israeli forces, the statement said.

The wounded individual was transported to a nearby hospital for further medical care. No further details about his condition were immediately available.
