GAZA, June 1, 2025 (WAFA) – Several Palestinians were killed and others injured on Sunday evening after Israeli aircraft bombed the Nuseirat refugee camp and Gaza City.
Medical sources reported that five citizens were killed and others were injured after the Israeli occupation bombed a house south of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.
A child was killed and several others were injured after Israeli artillery shelled the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City.
Israeli artillery also shelled the northeast of the Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, and renewed shelling of the al-Tuffah neighborhood east of Gaza City.
Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation forces have launched an offensive on the Gaza Strip, killing 54,418 citizens, the majority of whom were children and women, and wounding 124,190 others. This is a preliminary toll, as a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulance and rescue crews.
