RAMALLAH, May 7, 2025 (WAFA) – The Arab American University (AAU) has earned prestigious accreditation from the World Federation of Medical Education (WFME), the Acting University President Bara Asfour announced on Wednesday.

Asfour declared that the Arab American University has secured international accreditation for the Faculty of Human Medicine from the WFME for four years, becoming the first Palestinian university to earn such accreditation for the full period.

He added that the University would seek international accreditations for all its faculties, while noting that the Faculty of Dentistry and the Faculty of Engineering have already obtained international accreditation.
