GAZA, May 5, 2025 (WAFA) – One Palestinian citizen was killed and others were injured Monday morning as a result of the ongoing Israeli shelling in the northern Gaza Strip.
WAFA correspondents reported, citing medical sources, that a citizen was killed and others were injured as a result of the Israeli artillery shelling of Hamouda Roundabout in the northern Gaza Strip.
The Qizan al-Najjar area, south of Khan Yunis, is witnessing continuous artillery shelling.
Israeli forces are also firing heavy machine guns northeast of the al-Bureij refugee camp, in the central Gaza Strip.
Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation forces have launched an offensive on the Gaza Strip, resulting in the killing of 52,535 Palestinian citizens, the majority of whom are children and women, and the injury of 118,491 others.
Meanwhile, hundreds of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulances and rescue crews.
