GAZA, May 4, 2025 (WAFA) — A woman was killed and others were injured on Sunday evening as a result of Israeli occupation forces' shelling of the cities of Gaza and Khan Yunis.
WAFA correspondent reported that a woman was killed and others were injured when Israeli aircraft bombed the home of the Siam family on Nakhil Street in the Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
He added that two citizens were injured in an Israeli shelling that targeted a tent for displaced persons in the Abasan area, east of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.
The Israeli occupation forces also carried out bombing operations in the northern areas of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.
Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation forces have launched an offensive on the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of 52,535 citizens, the majority of whom were children and women, and the injury of 118,491 others.
This is a preliminary toll, as a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulances and rescue teams.
