GAZA, April 29, 2025 (WAFA( – Several civilians, including children, were killed on Tuesday evening in Israeli airstrikes targeting multiple areas in Jabalia and Nuseirat refugee camp in the war-torn Gaza Strip.
Medical sources reported that four people were killed and several others were injured after Israeli warplanes targeted a factory east of Jabalia town in northern Gaza.
The sources added that emergency crews managed to recover one body near the targeted factory, but were unable to recover the remains of three others after a quadcopter drone opened fire on them.
In a separate attack, a civilian and a child were killed in an Israeli airstrike on the Ain Jalut towers in Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.
Israeli warplanes also destroyed three residential homes in the Qizan al-Najjar area and the Al-Manara neighborhood in the southern city of Khan Yunis.
Meanwhile, Israeli artillery also shelled the eastern outskirts of al-Qarara town, northeast of Khan Yunis.
The death toll in the Gaza Strip has now risen to 52,365, the majority of whom are women and children, since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on October 7, 2023. The number of injured has reached 117,905.
Many victims remain trapped under the rubble, inaccessible to ambulance and rescue teams.
