TULKARM, April 24, 2025 (WAFA) – A young Palestinian man was shot and abducted by an undercover Israeli military unit on Thursday afternoon near the town of Kafr Sur, south of Tulkarm in the occupied West Bank.
According to local sources speaking to WAFA, the Israeli special forces were in a vehicle bearing Palestinian license plates when they intercepted the man's car at the Kafr Sur roundabout. The undercover soldiers opened fire directly at the driver, injuring him before forcibly removing him from the vehicle.
Additional Israeli military reinforcements were deployed to the area shortly after the shooting. Witnesses reported that the entire area was sealed off, and Palestinian medical teams were prevented from reaching the wounded man.
The man's identity and condition remain unknown, as he was taken to an undisclosed location by the Israeli forces. His vehicle was also seized during the assault.
