RAMALLAH, April 23, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists Wednesday set up a tent on Palestinian citizens' land in the Masafer Yatta area, south of Hebron, in preparation for taking over them.  

Activist Osama Makhamreh told WAFA that a group of colonists set up a tent on citizens land east of Sha'b al-Batm in Masafer Yatta, in preparation for seizing it.

He added that the colonists aim to expand three colonial outposts established about two years ago on citizens' land in that area and connect them.

In a related context, a group of armed colonists destroyed an iron fence and stole parts of it in the Aziwa area and the village of Susiya, belonging to two local residents. The soldiers further stole agricultural crops.
