GAZA, April 19, 2025 (WAFA) – Three Palestinians were killed and several others wounded on Saturday evening as Israeli forces continued their bombardment of the Gaza Strip, targeting the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central region and areas east of Khan Younis in the south.
Local sources reported that an Israeli airstrike hit a home near Al-Uruba School in the Nuseirat refugee camp, resulting in the killing of Ahmad Mahmoud Siam.
In a separate attack, Israeli warplanes bombed a house on Al-Sikka Street in the eastern part of the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City. Several civilians were reported injured in the strike.
Meanwhile, an Israeli drone targeted a home belonging to the Isleem family in the Qizan Al-Najjar area, east of Khan Younis, killing two residents: Mohammad Issam Al-Najjar and Abd Mohammad Al-Najjar.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 51,157 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 116,724 others injured.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
Israel's genocidal attacks continue unabated despite calls from the UN Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.
