NABLUS, April 15, 2025 (WAFA) - Israeli occupation forces detained a young man on Tuesday after shooting him and wounding an elderly man in the city of Nablus.
Security sources reported to WAFA that Israeli special forces surrounded a house belonging to Odeh family on Al-Ta'awun Street, shot and detained a youth identified as Yazan Odeh.
They reported that Israeli forces sent additional reinforcements from Al-Murabba'a checkpoint and the Al-Tur area, amid a widespread deployment in the area and the closure of roads leading to the area.
WAFA correspondent said that Israeli forces stormed Tal Al-Ta'awun Street and assaulted an 86-year-old man. He was transported by Red Crescent ambulance to Rafidia Hospital.
