Israeli army blows up Palestinian house in Jenin refugee camp

JENIN, April 8, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces Tuesday evening blew up a Palestinian house in Jenin refugee camp, according to local sources.

They said that Israeli forces simultaneously blew up a house inside the camp after rigging them with explosives. Occupation forces fired tear gas canisters in the Wadi Burqin area west of the camp.

The occupation's aggression against the city of Jenin and its camp continues for the 78th day, resulting in the killing of 36 Palestinians and dozens of wounded and detainees.

During the ongoing aggression, the occupation forces are demolishing and setting several homes on fire, and turning them into military points.

The humanitarian situation is deteriorating for approximately 21,000 displaced persons forcibly displaced from their homes in Jenin camp by the occupation forces, especially as they have lost their source of income and property and are prevented from returning.

It is estimated that 600 homes have been destroyed in the camp, while approximately 3,000 housing units have become uninhabitable.
