RAMALLAH, March 5, 2025 (WAFA) – The Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD) said that the weather today will be partly cloudy to cloudy and relatively cold in the mountainous areas and pleasant in the rest of the regions, as the country is expected to be affected by a state of atmospheric instability. Showers of rain will fall on some areas, sometimes accompanied by thunderstorms.

Winds will be easterly to northwesterly, light to moderate in speed, active at times. Sea waves will be low.

In the evening and night hours, the weather will be partly cloudy with showers of rain falling in some areas of the country, sometimes accompanied by thunderstorms.

On Thursday, the country will continue to be affected by the unstable weather conditions, with scattered showers of rain falling on some areas, possibly accompanied by thunderstorms..

Friday's weather will continue to be affected by the unstable weather conditions, with a drop in temperatures, and a chance of scattered showers of rain falling on some areas of the country, possibly accompanied by thunderstorms.

Partially cloudy conditions are expected for Saturday.

PMD warned citizens during the state of atmospheric instability of the risk of floods forming in valleys and low-lying areas, the risk of slipping on roads in areas witnessing rainfall, and the low horizontal visibility.
