GAZA, March 4, 2025 (WAFA) - Rescue teams and ambulance crews Tuesday exhumed approximately 40 bodies from a mass grave in the northern Gaza Strip, according to WAFA correspondent.

He said that the bodies of 40 Palestinians killed in the Israeli military aggression were retrieved from the mass grave and would be buried in official cemeteries.

He elaborated that the bodies were buried in a mass grave in the town of Beit Lahia due to the siege imposed by the Israeli occupation at the time.

Earlier today, medical sources announced that the death toll arising from the Israeli genocidal aggression on the Gaza Strip climbed to 48,405 people.

They announced that the toll of casualties as a result of the Israeli genocidal offensive on the war-torn Strip rose to 111,835.

At least 10,000 people are unaccounted for, presumed dead under the rubble of their homes throughout the Strip.

The sources added that within the last 48 hours, the bodies of eight Palestinians and 11 casualties were admitted to hospitals in the Strip.
