GAZA, February 18, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian woman died on Tuesday from wounds she sustained during the Israeli occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip.
WAFA correspondent reported that citizen Salima Abu Shaaban died from her injuries during the war of extermination on the Gaza Strip.
This morning, three citizens were also injured by the occupation's bullets east of the town of Al-Shawka, east of Rafah.
The death toll in Gaza has risen to 48,284, the majority being women and children, since the Israeli genocidal war began in October 2023, according to local health authorities.
According to the same sources, the number of injuries has also climbed to 111,709. Meantime, many victims remain trapped under the rubble, with emergency and civil defense teams unable to reach them.
A ceasefire in Gaza took effect on January 19, but casualties have continued to be reported across various parts of the region since its implementation.
