HEBRON, February 3, 2025 (WAFA) – Extremist colonists attacked on Monday night the homes of Palestinian residents in the village of Susya, located in the Masafer Yatta area south of Hebron, according to a local official.
Head of Susya Village Council told WAFA that a group of colonists stormed the village and attacked homes and farmland, causing significant material damage. The colonists also destroyed water tanks and damaged a vehicle belonging to a local resident.
Colonists, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, pelted stones at several homes belonging to the Nawaj'a family, further intensifying the fear and hardship faced by the local Palestinian population.
Since the outbreak of Israeli aggression on October 7th, 2023, violence by Israeli colonists against Palestinians and their properties has dramatically increased. This indiscriminate violence has sparked widespread international condemnation. In response, several nations have imposed sanctions on Israeli colonists accused of committing acts of violence in the West Bank.
